What a record holds

A permit comes with its number, type, status, issue and final dates, valuation and address, as the city or county published it. Puller adds the parcel and its owner, a map point, census and political areas, and work tags such as solar, roofing, pool and new home. The contractor is matched to their Nevada State Contractors Board licence, with its status, trade, dollar limit and discipline. Where the agency publishes them, fee lines and inspections come with the permit too.

How it compares

Puller reads each Nevada city and county's own permit records and links each permit it can to the state licence register and to its parcel. The comparison pages set Puller beside other permit data sources, field by field, with a date and a source for each fact.
